1. Using Brarie during the pilot

These terms govern your use of Brarie, operated by [Company legal name]. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Brarie for an organization, you must have authority to agree on its behalf.

Brarie is a pilot/beta brand library. It lets you organize uploaded files and metadata within workspaces and brands, optionally connect source folders, review AI suggestions, and share selected files. Pilot features may be unavailable, change or be discontinued. Keep independent copies of important content.

2. Your account and access

Keep your sign-in details secure and give accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that the people you invite or grant access to are authorized to receive your organization’s content.

Workspace and brand roles control access. A source connection is separate from your Brarie sign-in account. You must have permission to connect the provider account and use the files you select.

3. Your content stays yours

You retain ownership of your uploaded files and metadata. You grant Brarie only the permission needed to host, store, copy, process and display your content to operate the service as you direct, including creating previews, importing selected source files and delivering shares.

If a brand admin enables Brarie AI, this permission includes processing previews, search text and limited brand context through an AI provider for suggestions and search interpretation. AI output may be inaccurate; review it before using it. AI does not authorize rights, approve versions or change access permissions.

4. Connected sources and sharing

Google Drive and Dropbox connections use read-only access to bring in files from folders you choose. Brarie does not modify files in the provider. Disconnecting removes stored connection tokens and stops future access through that connection; copies already imported into Brarie remain until removed.

You choose share recipients, expiry and download settings, and can revoke shares. Expiry or revocation stops new authorized access; previously issued short-lived file links may remain usable until they expire. Files already downloaded cannot be recalled. Share only material you are entitled to disclose.

Invite-only sharing remains the default. If you choose “Anyone with the link,” anyone receiving or forwarding that link can view the shared collection or brand home without an account until expiry or revocation. Public links require expiry within 30 days, default to 14 days, and default to previews only. Enabled original downloads have a per-link allowance; reaching it stops new original downloads without preventing preview viewing. Downloaded files cannot be recalled.

5. Acceptable use

Do not upload, import or share illegal content, malware, or material that infringes another person’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights. Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass access restrictions, disrupt the service or abuse its resources.

We may restrict or suspend access, or remove content, to address abuse, security risks or legal obligations. Contact support if you believe a restriction was applied in error.

6. Privacy, export and deletion

Our Privacy Policy describes the data used to run Brarie. Send data export, data deletion or account deletion requests to support@brarie.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority over shared workspace or brand content before acting.

7. Pilot disclaimer and limited liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the pilot service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or freedom from errors.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Brarie and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits or business interruption arising from the pilot. Our total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service. This does not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Changes, governing law and contact

We will notify you by account email of material changes to these terms and identify when the changes take effect. If you do not agree, stop using the service and contact support about exporting or deleting your data.

These terms are governed by the laws of [Governing law state], subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
